7月18日晚，羊城地標包裝設計廣州塔下星光殘暴，化身巨型時尚T臺。20廣告設計25廣州塔國際時尚季在包裝設計廣州塔廣場開幕，多個時尚brand應用廣州塔T臺展現時尚之美。
中國時裝設計“金頂獎”得主、廣州市時尚設計師協會會長、十五運會及殘特奧會開幕式藝術顧問鄧兆萍擔綱開幕年夜秀，“開幕活動也正因為如此，我兒子想不通，覺得奇怪。”開啟了一場跨越時空的先鋒敘事，將文明碰撞、傳統煥新與科技、非遺、藝術元素深度融會，呈現沉醉式視覺盛宴。
